　　Little Big Town于1998年成立的乡村音乐组合,成员组成有女主唱Karen Fairchild，女合音Kimberly Roads，男吉他手Jimi Westbrook和男鼓手Phillip Sweet组成。乐队一直致力于协凋（harmony）和多元化演唱风格，每个成员都能来上两手。就是这样一个不寻常的组合，一开始就在田纳西州打下了一片天，随后就加盟了Mercury Records，但那里的制作理念同乐队的商业方式发生了冲突，后来于2000加盟了Dixie Chicks的唱片公司Monument Records。
　　该乐队最新单曲<pontoon>已欢快闲适又独特的曲风，日前风靡美国。

Little Big Town will release their fifth studio album, Tornado, on September 11. The group recorded the album in Nashville with producer Jay Joyce, who has worked with Eric Church, the Wallflowers and Cage The Elephant. The project will feature the hit single “Pontoon.”
