Belinda的全名叫Belinda Peregrin Schull，她出生于1989年的西班牙首都马德里，她是一个具有墨西哥高加索人血统的西班牙籍混血女孩，这也就是为什么她长得这么迷人的原因了。其实早先时候她一直是以一个普通演员的身份经常客串于各电视剧和舞台剧中，当时也并不太为人所知。好像在2004年他推出了自己的第一张同名专辑《Belinda》之后开始在西班牙一炮走红。她的音乐具有传统的拉丁风情，奔放而又洒脱，然而真正让她的成名的歌曲是Angel。在06年她推出了第二张专辑Utopia，并且同时称霸秘鲁、阿根廷、委内瑞拉、哥伦比亚畅销专辑榜冠军大碟，使得她在拉丁美洲人气一路狂飚。

A child actress turned recording artist, Belinda Peregrin Schull was born in Madrid in 1989 of mixed Spanish and French heritage, relocating with her family four years later to their permanent residence of Mexico City. Displaying a talent for singing and performing from a young age, Belinda starred in three television series for the Televisa station, the last of which, Complices al Rescate, featured a soundtrack on which she made her vocal debut. The amazing success of the series triggered an international tour and enormous album sales.
Just before turning 14, Belinda released her debut solo record, entitled Belinda, which sold more than 800,000 copies worldwide. The subsequent tour — Fiesta en la Azotea (meaning "party on the flat roof") — exceeded expectations, with 1.5 million in attendance. The tour produced a live concert DVD of the same name, which was met with great success. Her first album under EMI's Norte label, Utopia, also marked her first non-Mexican production and featured some of L.A.'s most in-demand pop writers and producers.
